Dr Saroj Gupta Memorial Paper Presentation

Rounds
The event will consist of two rounds:
Round 1:
It will invite abstracts of 1000 words each from every entry. Each team can have upto 3 participants. Participants will be urged to write their paper under the broad theme of 'Emerging Economies'.
Round 2:
The top 10 entries will get to present in front of a panel of judges. Judgement will be done on the basis of various parameters. Cross questioning by the other teams will be allowed.
Rules and Regulations
1. Each shortlisted team will get 12 minutes to present their paper.
2. The presentation will be followed by Q&A by the judges and shall then be open to the audience and other participants depending upon time constraints.
3. Maximum number of members in a team is 3.
4. No limit on the number of teams from an institution.
5. Cross teams are not allowed.
6. The last date for the submission of abstracts is 15th January, 2015.
Format of the paper
1. All papers should be original works of the authors. Plagiarized papers will be rejected.
2. All papers without referencing and citation in the required format will not be accepted.
3. Refer to MLA citation style for acknowledging sources.
4. There is no word limit to the paper.
5. All tables and figures in the paper, if any, must contain proper titles and references.
6. The cover page of the paper should include: title of the paper, name of the participant(s), name of the college, name of the department, email id, contact number, year of study.
7. All papers should be submitted as a Word Document or PDF file titled, "CollegeName_Participant'sName".
